Description

This event will focus on common issues and challenges building engineers encounter during construction projects, including wall prepping, commercial doors and locks, air balance, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. The discussion will also cover key items engineers should look for during tenant build-outs and construction work, such as shut-off valves, access points, equipment clearances, and overall installation quality to help ensure long-term serviceability and proper building operation.

Speaker: Michael McDermott, Construction Manager for Glenstar at Energy Square 

Michael has been with Glenstar for the past four years. Prior to joining Glenstar, he worked with K2 as a Senior Project Manager and brings a strong construction background and field experience to the team.
