The Firm Facility Services is adding an experienced Facilities Project Manager to our Dallas team.

This is a Dallas-based, hybrid role for someone who can take ownership of facility repair, maintenance, renovation and project work from initial scope through completion.

Responsibilities include developing scopes and budgets, coordinating vendors and field teams, managing schedules and project documentation, and maintaining clear communication with clients.

The role also includes overseeing preventive maintenance programs, coordinating service schedules and vendors, tracking completion, and managing follow-up work.

We’re looking for someone who understands the difference between tracking a project and owning it. Facilities, construction, renovation or multi-site experience is preferred, along with the ability to manage multiple active projects and keep work moving from kickoff through closeout.

Candidates must be based in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and available for local site visits and in-person work as needed.
