Teri Garcia

Teri Garcia is a Managing Director within CBRE’s Property Management division in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex, where she provides executive oversight and strategic leadership across a 60 million-square-foot portfolio of office, industrial, and retail assets. She is focused on advancing market strategy, strengthening client partnerships, optimizing portfolio performance, developing talent, and positioning the business for continued growth.

With more than 25 years of experience in Dallas/Fort Worth commercial real estate, Teri brings deep market knowledge and broad expertise across multiple property types. Throughout her career, she has developed a strong understanding of the operational, financial, and client considerations that drive successful real estate performance.

As Managing Director, Teri sets strategic priorities and provides leadership to property management teams across the market, aligning people, resources, and best practices with the objectives of CBRE’s clients. She partners with institutional owners and key stakeholders to develop solutions that enhance operational performance, strengthen asset value, and support evolving investment strategies.

Teri is recognized for her strategic perspective, client-centric leadership, and ability to build strong teams and lasting relationships. Her approach combines market insight with disciplined execution, helping clients navigate the complexities of the Dallas/Fort Worth market while creating opportunities for growth and long-term success.

Julie Young

Julie Young is the Director of Property Management for Crescent Property.  Julie returned to Crescent Real Estate in March, 2018 after working for CBRE for eleven years.   At Crescent, Julie oversees Crescent’s Uptown portfolio as well as working on company wide initiatives regarding acquisitions, capital improvements, technology and property procedures.

At CBRE, Ms. Young was an Associate Director, overseeing real estate professionals managing over 8 million square feet of Class “A” office space.  Julie’s clients have included KBS Realty, CBRE Global Investors, Quadrant Investment Properties, JPM Morgan Chase and Trammell Crow Company. 

With over 25 years of commercial real estate management, Julie is well versed in all facets of property management including capital projects, property repositioning, budgets and tenant relations.   Ms. Young has a strong customer service background and focus working with high profile tenants.
