Shannon Lance joined Stream Realty Partners in 2024, bringing with her over 20 years of dedicated expertise in Commercial Real Estate. Shannon excels in overseeing assets across various sectors, including office, retail and industrial. She currently manages a class A office complex totaling over 700,000 square feet. Shannon is adept at managing financial reporting, budgeting, construction projects, and fostering strong tenant relationships.

Prior to joining Stream worked as a Portfolio Manager for NorthBridge Management located in Denton, Texas. She also worked for 14 years with Younan Properties where she held the title of Sr. Property Manager overseeing multiple high rise buildings located in north Dallas. Shannon’s commitment to excellence and proven track record make her an invaluable asset to the Stream team.
