About

Since joining Sun Commercial Roofs, Inc. in January 2018, I have had the opportunity to grow alongside the company while contributing across multiple departments and helping shape the systems and culture that support our team and clients.
 
I began my career with Sun Commercial Roofs as an Accounting Administrator handling payroll and accounts payables and quickly expanded my role into bid coordination and preconstruction management. In that role, I helped guide projects from the initial bid opportunity through project management assistance and ultimately to warranty closeouts. During this time, I also took on marketing and business development initiatives, helping lead the development of our updated website, expanding our presence on social media, and increasing our involvement in industry associations.
 
As my responsibilities grew, I was promoted to Office Manager where I played a key role in supporting nearly every department within the organization. I worked closely with our CFO on accounting operations, helped organize production administration, supported human resources, assisted with business development, and helped implement and refine processes and procedures across the company while onboarding and training new employees.
 
Most recently, I stepped into managing our Service Department. Within my first year, I successfully grew the department by 75% by focusing on customer service, rapid response times, and detailed documentation. I also created our preventative maintenance program designed to help clients extend the life of their roofing systems and protect their long-term investments.
 
What I value most about my work is the people. I care deeply about providing the best possible service to our customers and ensuring their buildings and businesses are protected. At the same time, I am passionate about supporting our team at Sun Commercial Roofs. I have worked to build a strong, motivated team that trusts one another, has access to mentorship, feels empowered to bring forward new ideas, and has opportunities to grow and advance within the company.
 
Being part of the construction industry has allowed me to continuously learn, take on new challenges, and help build both strong systems and strong teams. I’m proud to be part of a company that values hard work, collaboration, and growth.
