Ralph is the Chief Executive Officer at Pivot Building Services, a leader in facility services and solution providers for commercial real estate. As a results driven leader, Ralph has been instrumental in leading Pivot to a company that focuses on long-term growth and overall customer satisfaction while increasing their companies’ new services.

Prior to taking the helm at Pivot, Ralph served in various management roles with Cintas Corporation as a General Manager, Sales Manager, and Service Manager with increasing responsibilities to drive growth, profit, and sales while making sure overall compliance in accordance with strict company standards. Ralph's focus was taking on new start-up locations, underperforming divisions, and delivering maximum results.

Ralph also served in the United States Army as a Division Calvary Officer leading soldiers in leadership, training, readiness, solider care, administration, supply, and maintenance.

Ralph has earned his master’s degree from Tarleton State University while serving in the military and his bachelor's degree from Old Dominion University. Ralph enjoys sports, scuba diving, reading, and spending time with his wife, children, and two-family dogs.
