Charles Heineman is a co-owner of Precision Water Technologies, a Texas-based water treatment company specializing in boiler, cooling tower, and wastewater systems. With over 40 years of industry experience, including 26 years with Nalco and founding Precision Water Technologies in 2001, he has developed a reputation for delivering practical, results-driven water treatment solutions. Charles works closely with engineers, property managers, and facility teams to improve system efficiency, reduce operating costs, and support effective water management programs, including Legionella risk mitigation. He is an active member of industry organizations and is committed to ongoing education and best practices in water treatment.
