Real Estate Membership

Please select the Commercial Real Estate Membership type for which you would like to apply.

Principal Member - There must be one, and only one, Principal Member from each organization.

Additional Member - Unlimited Memberships are permitted as long as there is a Principal Member.

Emerging Professional Member - Permitted only for your first two years in Commercial Real Estate.

Real Estate Industry - Primary Voting Member of a Company. 

The first designated representative is the "Principal" Member who will have access to managing the BOMA Greater Dallas Memberships of other employees of the company.

Real Estate Membership is designated for those individuals, firms, or corporations who own, manage, lease, or act as a brokerage agent for a commercial,  non-residential property of the corporation.

Real Estate Industry - Additional Members of a Company. Companies are allowed "Additional Members," as long as there is a Primary Member in good standing. Real Estate Members can have unlimited Additional Members under the "Principal Member."

Real Estate Membership is designated for those individuals, firms, or corporations who own, manage, lease, or act as a brokerage agent for a commercial,  non-residential property of the corporation.

Real Estate Industry - Emerging Professional within first 2 years.

Real Estate Emerging Professional Membership is designated for those individuals who are relatively to somewhat new to the commercial real estate industry (zero to two years maximum). This Membership is for professionals with the title including, but not limited to, Assistant Property Manager, Property Administrator or Tenant Services Coordinator.

In order to qualify for the Emerging Professional Membership, the building or company for which the person is employed must have a BOMA Greater Dallas Principal Member in good standing. 

Real Estate Industry - Engineer.

Real Estate Engineer Membership is designed for those building engineers who wish to receive pre-selected benefits from BOMA Greater Dallas at a reduced rate. In order to qualify for the Real Estate Engineer Membership, the building or company for which the engineer is employed must have a BOMA Greater Dallas Primary Member in good standing.

Real Estate Industry - Student.

The Student Membership category is designated for those individuals who are currently enrolled full-time in a college/technical school and who are interested in the commercial real estate industry. Full-time enrollment status will be considered either:

- Enrollment and taking classes at a technical school: or

- Enrollment in a minimum of 12 hours at a college.
