Real Estate Principal Member Application:

The Real Estate Principal Member is the decision-maker for all things BOMA representing their organization, Thus, although there can be numerous Real Estate Additional Members, Real Estate Emerging Professional Members, and/or Real Estate Engineer Members from the same organization, there can be only one Real Estate Principal Member representing each organization.

This Membership Application is to apply for a new Real Estate Principal Member which will, effectively, add your organization to the Membership rolls of BOMA Greater Dallas. If your organization already has Members of BOMA Greater Dallas, please select instead the Real Estate Additional Member Application.

Real Estate Industry - Principal Voting Member of a Company.

The first designated representative is the "Principal Member" who will have access to managing the BOMA Greater Dallas Memberships of other employees of the company. The Principal Member is the main decision-maker for the BOMA relationship.

Real Estate Membership is designated for those individuals, firms, or corporations who own, manage, lease, or act as a brokerage agent for a commercial, non-residential property of the corporation.
