The applicant certifies that the information provided is complete and accurate. The applicant also agrees to provide supporting documentation to verify the information in the application. By submission of an application, the applicant agrees to allow BOMA Greater Dallas, the BOMA Dallas Foundation, and BOMI International to publish his/her name as the award recipient in promotional materials should he/she be selected to receive the scholarship award. The applicant further agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Foundation, its Trustees, Officers, employees, agents, and Committee Members from any and all claims arising out of the application, selection, or participation in this scholarship program. The applicant also authorizes and consents to representatives of the Foundation contacting those persons or institutions listed on the application and its attachments for purposes of verification of the information contained herein.

This should be a letter on company letterhead with your signature affixed. Ensure the letter specifies your full name and the scholarship period for which you are applying.

Proof of Passing Grade for Returning Applicant:

Returning Applicant: If you have applied for, and have been awarded, a BOMA Foundation scholarship previously, please provide records showing a passing average in course from the earlier scholarship.

If this is your first time applying for a BOMA Foundation Scholarship; or, if you applied, but were not awarded a scholarship previously - skip this question.

Please attach two letters of recommendation (attach recommendation letter #1 of 2 here) describing why the reference thinks this scholarship will benefit your career.

This should be a letter on company letterhead stating that the reference recommends this applicant (you) for a scholarship and why with the reference's signature affixed. Ensure the letter specifies the applicant's full name and the scholarship period for which they are applying.
