08.13.26 - 2026 TOBY Call for Judges

The BOMA Greater Dallas Awards Committee needs your assistance! We are seeking qualified volunteers to serve as judges for this year’s Dallas local 2026 TOBY Competition.

We are looking for volunteers in two judging categories:

TOBY Building Inspection Judges
Building Inspection Judges will tour participating properties from 9:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m. on a scheduled date between October 1–15.

To help ensure a fair and professional judging experience for all participating properties, Building Inspection Judges will be selected based on relevant industry experience and familiarity with the TOBY program. Real Estate and Allied members may be considered, with the Awards Committee confirming the final judging teams to maintain an appropriate balance of industry representation and avoid potential conflicts of interest.

TOBY Book Judges
Book Judges must be Real Estate members with previous experience judging TOBY books at the local, regional, or international level. Book judging will be conducted online from November 18–30.

Serving as a TOBY judge is a great opportunity to support BOMA Greater Dallas, recognize excellence within our commercial real estate community, and play an important role in one of BOMA’s most prestigious programs.
