Award for the Emerging Professional who has had an impact on BOMA Greater Dallas this year by being actively involved, attending events & education seminars, participating on a Committee, etc. This individual would exemplify involvement in the pillars of BOMA's strategic plan (Advocacy. Education. Networking.). This individual should be relatively new to the Commercial Real Estate Industry (zero to five years minimum) and be a Real Estate Professional with a title including, but not limited to Property Manager (title would be given less than 1 year from date of submission), Assistant Property Manager, Property Administrator, or Tenant Services Coordinator.

Nominated by: The Committee Chair or Board Liaison for the Committee the Nominee served on during the Award year.

Winner Selected by: Lone Star Judges.

Specific Nomination Information: Nominations will be open for one month at a time determined by the Awards Committee. Headshots are required with the submission. Winners cannot be nominated for this award.
