The Senior Chief/Operations Manager has a minimum of seven years of experience in Commercial Real Estate engineering. This individual oversees the management and operations of a minimum of three or more separately located properties, or minimum of one million square feet of property in one location. Daily responsibility include, but are not limited to, management of (minimum of three); knowledge of and recommendations for all building operating systems, manages capital projects, oversight on construction documents, strategic planning for Ownership. This person may also have an officer title within his/her management organization.
