Families Welcome and Encouraged to Attend

Walk/Run as a Team of 4

This event is open to all - BOMA Members and non-members.

Tell your tenants, friends, neighbors, family, and co-workers.

Come early to register and network. Official shotgun start of race at 10am. Rain or shine.

FAMILIES WELCOME & ENCOURAGED:

Kids 10 and under Walk/Run FREE

- Kids 10 and under DO NOT NEED TO BE REGISTERED to participate. However, T-Shirts will only be included with paid registrations. Similarly, Awards can only be won by paid registrants.

COURSE DISTANCE:

Runners Race: 5K (3.1 miles).

Walkers: 2.0 miles.

AWARDS:

Medals Presented for the following:

Fastest Male Runner - Individual.
Fastest Female Runner - Individual.
Fastest Team of 4 Runners - Group.
Best Team Theme (Walkers or Runners) - Group.

TEAMS:

Get three of your friends, family, or co-workers to join you to form a Team of 4 to walk or run. You can choose to go for speed to participate in the race in an attempt to win the Fastest Team of 4 or take a leisurely stroll with friends while talking, carrying on, and getting in a few steps.

Group (team) times are measured from when the shotgun starts the race time until the last team member crosses the finish line.

TEAM THEMES:

Come up with a name. Design an outfit. Have a special look. Have your team stand out from the crowd. Dress up your team with bandanas, socks, sunglasses, or even cowboy hats & boots.

You may even win an award for that!

Team themes are judged based on shoes, socks, outfits, hats, makeup, and other accessories.

REGISTRATION INCLUDES:

Every paid registration includes:

Opportunity to Walk/Run in the race.
Coffee, Donuts, & Fruit provided pre-race during early morning networking.
Memento T-Shirt to keep (certain sizes may be limited).
Water at station during race.
Hot Dogs and Drinks at race conclusion for early lunch.

EVENT SCHEDULE:

9:00 am - Registration begins/Breakfast is served.

10:00 am - Race starts.

11:00 am - Race concludes/Lunch is served/Awards presented.

12:00 pm - Event concludes.

This event was organized by the Foundation Endowment Committee.

Registrations Available to Attend:

Fun Run Single Member: $35.

Fun Run Single Non-member: $50.

Fun Run Team of 4 Registered by a Member: $135.

Fun Run Team of 4 Registered by a Non-member: $195.

Food & Beverage Sponsor (Limit - 3): $500.

(If you are not a dues-paying Member but one of your co-workers at your firm is, ask them to register you through their Membership profile to get Member rates. Contact the BOMA Staff to request a "Courtesy Invoice" to pay by check. Once the check is received and processed by staff, your registration or sponsorship will be complete.
