This event is for Emerging Professionals ONLY (those in the industry for 5 years or less)

Join the Emerging Professionals for an exclusive behind-the-scenes tour of McKinney & Olive, a TOBY International Award-winning property and one of Dallas' premier office destinations.

Led by industry professionals Trish Wentz and Chris R., attendees will explore the features and operations that helped earn this building international recognition. Tour highlights include the building amenities, lobby, chiller plant, loading dock, Key Watcher Station, elevator lobby, tenant spaces, and the beautiful Piazza.

Following the tour, continue the conversation and network with fellow professionals during a happy hour in the lounge/patio area of the building.

Schedule:

  • 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM: Building Tour
  • 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM: Networking Happy Hour

Registration is limited to 30 attendees (15 per tour group), so reserve your spot early!
