Have you ever wondered whether your Allied Company could join the BOMA Greater Dallas Partner Program? BOMA Greater Dallas is excited to offer Allied Members a new opportunity to join our Annual Partner Program!

At 9:00 AM on Tuesday, October 13, 2026, we will officially open our Annual Partner Waitlist through InfoHub, creating a consistent, straightforward process for companies interested in becoming Annual Partners when these rare openings occur!

Even better, we're launching this new process with two available Bronze Partner positions for 2027! If your company has been interested in taking the next step with BOMA Greater Dallas, now is the time to prepare. 

How Will the Annual Partner Waitlist Work?

Similar to our existing committee waitlists, the Annual Partner Waitlist will operate on a first-come, first-served basis. Your company's Allied Primary will register through InfoHub, and your spot will be based on the registration date and time. There will be one waitlist for all Annual Partner levels, so we will consider companies in order whenever a partnership becomes available, regardless of whether it is Bronze, Silver, or another level. Unlike a traditional annual registration process, this waitlist will be permanent. Once your company registers, your position will carry forward year to year. Your position belongs to your company, so personnel changes will not affect your placement.

What Happens When Your Company Receives an Offer?

When an Annual Partner position becomes available, and your company is next in line, BOMA Greater Dallas will contact you directly with the available partnership level, investment information, and instructions for moving forward. Your company will have 48 hours to accept or decline the initial offer. If you accept, you will have a little over a week, depending on when the offer is made, to submit your signed Annual Partner agreement and the required deposit or payment. We must receive both the signed agreement and the required payment to secure the partnership officially. Companies must also be current Allied Members in good standing, with all outstanding BOMA Greater Dallas invoices paid.

Two Bronze Partner Opportunities for 2027!

With two Bronze Partner positions available, the first two eligible companies to register on October 13 will have the first opportunity to accept them. For 2027, the Bronze Partner deposit is $2,500, with the remaining balance due NO LATER than October 28, 2026, unless the BOMA Greater Dallas Board approves an alternative payment timeline. Once a company has completed its agreement and deposit, we will work directly with its representatives to schedule a Sponsorship Selection appointment on October 20/21. As our existing Annual Partners have already begun their selections, new Partners will choose from the sponsorship opportunities remaining at the time of their appointments.

Ready to Join? Registration Opens October 13!

If your company is interested in becoming an Annual Partner, we strongly encourage you to prepare now. Beginning Tuesday, October 13, your Allied Primary can log in to InfoHub and complete the Annual Partner Waitlist registration. Only completed InfoHub registrations from an Allied Primary will establish a company's position, so previous conversations or expressions of interest will not reserve a spot.
